This typical Hannover Gift contains a special edition bottle of sparkling wine bottled especially for a very traditional institution in Hannover: the Bruchmeisters. The sparkling wine Cuvée is dry (actuallyrather semi-sec) and has very little acidity.

The Bruchmeisters of Hannover have been in exsistence for more than 700 years. They are an old institution, subordinated directly to the office of the Mayor of Hannover and look after the law and regulations of the city of Hannover since 1303. Even today they represent the city at official occasions.
 

The sparkling wine contains sulphite.
