Shipping terms
The shipping box is functional and the package should arrive undamaged, therefore we refrain from any outdoor advertising.
Delivery area:
We deliver worldwide with DPD and DHL, within Germany also to Packstations.
Delivery address:
DPD and DHL deliver your parcels and depends on the correctness of your address in the form. A street name and house number must always be given, alternatively Packstation. Especially for gifts, the correct delivery address is necessary for punctual delivery. If a shipment cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and freight charges will already be incurred for this as well. The renewed delivery causes renewed shipping costs. These costs are to be reimbursed by you. Therefore, make sure that the delivery address given is absolutely correct !
Delivery time:
Your order will be shipped within Germany from Monday to Friday on the day following the day of order, provided that all products are in stock. If this is not the case, we will inform you in writing about the status of the delivery and send your Lüttje Lage as soon as possible.
Weight limit:
If the total weight of the order exceeds the maximum weight of 30 kg per package, we will split your order into several packages. In this case, we will inform you immediately and charge you the corresponding additional costs for the higher transport effort.
International shipping:
We always ship abroad by DPD or DHL Premium Versand. In zone 1 (EU) there are no customs duties or import taxes. In all other countries, taxes will be charged by the local authorities. Please note the duty-free allowances of your country.
Shipment tracking:
You can track all parcels online with DPD or DHL. You will receive the shipment number automatically by e-mail. We will be happy to answer any questions by e-mail (info(at) luettje-lage.de) .
Availability of products:
If we are unable to deliver a product you have ordered, we will notify you by e-mail. We will do our utmost to avoid this situation, but it may occur due to delivery bottlenecks at the manufacturers or transport difficulties (strike, bad weather, etc.).

The freight costs for each order can be determined by adding the desired products to the shopping basket and proceeding to the checkout, where the correct shipping costs will be displayed before the payment process or entry of data.
Shipping to Switzerland: Swiss customs clearance fees
Duty-free shipments
Every shipment to Switzerland is generally subject to customs duty and import VAT (EuST). There is no special value exemption limit as there is for travellers, only a duty-free limit. The current tax-free limit for commercial shipments is currently 62.50 CHF or 50.00 EUR. (Exception: shipments of alcohol, tobacco, watches, etc.)

If import taxes/customs duties or customs handling charges are levied, these will always be collected from the RECIPIENT of the parcel!
*Shipping to the USA:
Strict regulations apply to the shipment of alcohol to the USA.
In addition, alcohol may not be transported by normal mail, but only by courier.
Shipping to the USA is therefore only possible with DHL Express or by freight forwarding.
Every shipment to the USA is always subject to customs duty and import VAT. There is no special value exemption limit as there is for travellers. US customs may confiscate parcels at their own discretion.
