"Meter Tray" is a traditional term for this special transportation, presentation and serving of the Lüttje Lage Drink.The cut-outs can take the solid thick-walled glasses (which can be purchased on this website as well) but also the broader thin-walled glasses. Older glas-generations as well as the current glasses can be transported safely and in style with this special tray.
It consists of a wooden plank (not really a meter long) with handles and has cut-outs for the glasses. The traditional Lüttje Lage metertray is laid out to hold 11 Beer and 11 Schnappsglasses.

But why 11 ? When buying Lüttje Lage you'd normally get 10 Lüttje Lage out of one Bottle and the Landlord/Barkeeper would give "one on the house". But if you pour quickly the froth will rise quick and high and therefore you could achieve 11 Glasses....

Please note that this tray is made of handcrafted oil-impregnated natural wood and therefore colour and grain will vary !
