Many of them even take a photo of how they set out to search and harvest wild herbs for us in the open countryside and on the beaches of Britain.

From this, Hannover-Gin, together with hand-picked herbs from Hannover and other ingredients from around the world, made the HANNOVER GIN BRITISH CONNECTION.

The Ugly Glühwein (Mulled wine)

The days are here, where we cuddle up in warm blankets, listen to good music and generally surround ourselves with the people we like. This luscious mulled wine is perfect for it. Its base is a really nice dry and fruity red wine with predomiant aromas of cardamom and clove, orange and cinnamon. It is ideal for the cold season and is especially suitable for christmas.

• 1 Bottle "The Ugly Glühwein", 0,7 l, 14% vol.alc.

The stylish red bottle comes in knit pullover optics. Ideal as a gift - but also to drink yourself. We think this mulled wine is all but "ugly", in fact it is really good! You can also put the mulled wine in a cup and heat in a microwave. However, it also tastes good at room temperature.

This swing-top bottle is reclosable and can be reused afterwards.

This mulled wine does not actually come from Hanover, but because it tastes really nice, so we just had to list and present it to you here.

Hannover Absinth - Perfect companion for special moments

•     1 bottle of Hannover Absinth, 70% vol. alc. (0,2 l)

Oscar Wilde, Edgar Allan Poe, Vincent van Gogh and Paul Gauguin - they all appreciated the pleasure of the "green fairy", as absinthe is also called thanks to its colour. The aromatic distillate has its origin in the Swiss Val de Travers - where it was first produced as a remedy. In the late 19th and early 20th century, "la fée verte" was particularly popular in French artistic circles.

Traditionally, absinthe is mixed with water and sugar: Simply place a piece of sugar cube on a special spoon - the so-called absinthe spoon - and slowly pour cold water over the sugar until it dissolves.

However, there is no need to "sweeten" this HANNOVER ABSINTH - thanks to the finely tuned combination of selected ingredients, it tastes particularly soft.

Our tip: Try the Absinthe Green Fairy Tale pure and "on the rocks". Put an ice cube in a suitable glass and add 2cl of the "green fairy". Sip, taste and enjoy carefully - the perfect companion for special moments!

This aromatic absinthe by the HANNOVER GIN family is handmade and contains 70 percent alcohol - so it should only be enjoyed in small doses.
